Frameworx

Frameworx is a framework based on eTOM, SID and TAM models. Its intellectual property is owned and the content managed by TM Forum (www.tmforum.org).
TransWare is a member and partner of TM Forum.
TransWare translates the actual Frameworx content to different modeling tool formats and their specific configurations.
The tool-specific data format and configuration can be licensed from TransWare.

Usually TM Forum provides 2 releases of Frameworx per year.
Up-to-date Frameworx content (e.g. now version 17.0) in the specific data format of the modeling tool
Specific modeling tool configuration (e.g. ARIS Filter, Sparx MGD)
Tools now available:
- Microsoft Visio (complementary service for TM Forum members)
- Sparx Enterprise Architect (to be licensed from TransWare)
- Software AG ARIS (to be licensed from TransWare)
What is delivered?

Currently we deliver eTOM and TAM (SID is available from TM Forum as XMI data).
We deliver the diagrams and the model data (objects, data properties) in the specific tool format.
The diagrams are linked together for an architecture decomposition (drill-down)
For Enterprise Architect and ARIS the specific model database is delivered, for Visio just the diagrams
