CONCEPTUALIZEHow it’s done ?Once we have the concept validated , we methodologically work on planning what needs as stories in each sprint and epics.

Who’s involved-  Account manager -  Product manager -  Business analyst -  UX architect

Deliverables / Output- User persona’s / actors -  Epics & user stories -  Mock-ups

Tools used-  Project wiki -  Confluence -  Inivision

Now that you know the idea,let’s develop it.

To develop it, we need mockups

and detailed requirements.



DEVELOPHow it’s done ?We start developing stories planned in each sprint. Typically, each sprint is planned for 2 weeks and QA is performed at the end.

Who’s involved-  Product manager -  Software engineer -  QA

Deliverables / Output-  Code / working software

Tools used-  Pivotal tracker -  Jira -  Trello

requirement now, can we develop it?

Our dev team is on it ! You’ll get

to see a working version

every 2 weeks, once QA verifies it.



PUBLISHHow it’s done ?The entire app goes through QA an d bugs are fixed – if identified. We also have it reviewed by you again before final deployment / publishing.

Tools used-  Github -  SVN -  Bitbucket -  Amazon web services -  App Store / Play Store
