Step 1: Import File

Login PUB HTML5 and click the "Import File" button to choose a file to import and convert.

Step 2: Show the Table of Content Button

Show the Table of Content Button by clicking the "Show" tab.

Step 3: Select TOC

Click the "TOC" tab beside the "Custom Settings" and then you can add table of content below.

Step 4: Add Table of Content

Click the "Add" button to add table of content.

Step 5: Add Child

Click the "Add Child" button to add child.

Step 6: Apply Change

Click the "Table of Content" button and then you can see the table of content.
