If your items are small or the barcode scanner can be put at a height consider using a stand which sets the scanner to 'always on' which means you can scan without pulling the trigger.

They are capable of handling around 500-1,000 despatches per day, If you do a very high volume or run 24/7 consider a higher-specification label printer.

The G-Series has a small footprint which is ideal for a cramped pack bench area.

Despatch Documentation


Create your own despatch labelsThe despatch note can be setup to print two labels.

The second label is useful for printing either returns information on or a CN22 customs declaration form.

The bottom section that peels off can be used to print a returns address label and reason codes.

Printing a returns address label means all returns can be identified quickly and the sales order barcode that is printed on them can be scanned into Peoplevox's returns software.










Peoplevox can provide a custom despatch label that has a peel-off label at the bottom.

The top section contains order information and customer service contact details.

The bottom section is often used as a peel-off customer address label. This can be scanned into carrier software that is not integrated to Peoplevox to print shipping labels.

Postage Paid Impressions (PPI) can be printed on the customer address label.
