Our Software property managementdescribes the product as a web basedsystem . It helps the owner as well ascustomer to get the details of property

at the web thus saving their time.

Currently it involves lot of paper workthus requires time and is also prone toerror thus the benefit with a new onlinesystem would be that work could bedone much faster and in a much moreaccurate manner..

There are two users in this product, theyare:-

Owner

Customer

THEIR FUNCTIONS:

Administrator(OWNER)

He is the owner of the property.

Updates all records such as property updates,

saleout updates, member updates, etc.

Contains all the information about the customer.

Provide offers, advertisment to the new customer.

Member :

He is customer who has keen interest in

buying or to take on rent a property from

the owner.

Registers himself online.

Can Search for the available property.

Gives feedback to the owner.

Searching of the available property can bedone through many ways:-

1:- Advance Search- By providing variousinformations such as city, Price, bedroomsavail. Etc..

2:- By Property Id.

3:- By City.
