April 8, 2015 To Whom It May Concern: I welcome the opportunity to provide this letter of recommendation on behalf of Ursula Harris. I had the pleasure of working with Ursula on QA team I led while she was a Kelly employee assigned to a contract at Priority Health. Ursula has proven time and again that her analytical skills from both a Quality and Business perspective are sharp and effective. She consistently produces appropriate and accurate documentation at all levels of the quality spectrum. She has the dedication of duty as a QA to fully disclose known software issues and shortcomings to project leadership and product ownership so they can make the best business decisions, even when the news is not good. Ursula has gone above and beyond in her role as a Contract QA to build team skills and camaraderie amongst her QA peers. Her dedication to quality, process, her projects, and her coworkers will be missed.

To Whom It May Concern:

I welcome the opportunity to provide this letter of recommendation on behalf of Ursula

Harris. I had the pleasure of working with Ursula on QA team I led while she was a

Kelly employee assigned to a contract at Priority Health. Ursula has proven time and

again that her analytical skills from both a Quality and Business perspective are sharp and

effective. She consistently produces appropriate and accurate documentation at all levels

of the quality spectrum. She has the dedication of duty as a QA to fully disclose known

software issues and shortcomings to project leadership and product ownership so they can

make the best business decisions, even when the news is not good. Ursula has gone

above and beyond in her role as a Contract QA to build team skills and camaraderie

amongst her QA peers. Her dedication to quality, process, her projects, and her

coworkers will be missed.

I wish Ursula both personal and professional success in all of her future endeavors.

Sincerely,
