1st Feature

Attendance Report— Parents could check the attendance of the

student through this feature.— If the student is absent, parents will receive

notification— This could prevent students from playing truant

in school.

Homework Progress— This feature will list down all the homework

given by the teacher— Parents can also track the progress of the

homework

3rd Feature

Teacher’s Comment— This feature serves as a way of communication for

teacher to communicate with the parents— Teachers could give various comment on the

students, which can be either on their academic performance or disciplinary record

— All comments would be archived digitally onto the cloud database for future references

Performance Appraisal— During performance appraisal, feedbacks given by

the teachers could be recorded down through this feature

— This allows the parents or students to review the feedback from time to time

School Announcement— Should there be any announcement to be made,

school admin could send out notification to all the parents by using this feature

— Parents would be able to get notification on school events or news without much delay
