So today most of us get work done remotely…. So today, most of us start the day by checking email as we wake up using a smartphone, then we may grab coffee on the way to work, and fire up the laptop to check what we need to accomplish for day. Once we get to work, we start to replying back to emails, and we start working on our to-do list from any corporate or personal owned desktop/laptop Then we start attending meetings throughout the day, then we may start having issues with our device or an app so it’s time to contact the helpdesk support team Then, we may have a plane catch, so again we start working from the airport, then while the plane is still taxied at the gate, we start answering emails from our smartphone Then once you arrive at your hotel room, first thing you do is make sure you can get connected online, and again you start working on your presentation that you have to present tomorrow at 8 am, and you also check your email throughout the evening, from your room or the hotel lobby restaurant and bar.

AS FAR AS KEY MARKET TRENDS: End-users: want to be able to work from any device and apps at any time Endpoint management – ability to manage desktops and laptops along with mobile devices and this is converging into a market called Unified Endpoint Management. Self services is a critical component of that because users today are working from any location using any device, services and apps. They want to be able to do as much on their own in order to remain productive and effective.
