Day of the Dead is a holiday for remembering and honouring those who have passed. It is a festive and joyous time of celebration. Day of the Dead is Mexico's most important holiday.

The most common ways of celebrating Day of the Dead in Mexico include street parties, parades and festivals, telling stories about loved ones and dressing up.

Most people celebrate Day of the Dead out of love and commitment to their loved ones, to celebrate their lives and how they still live on in the memories of those who knew them.
