My Vision for Us

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke

upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden light.

(Mt. 11:28-30

My Vision for Us

Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls. (I Pet. 1:8-9)

1. Be in Jesus’ Presence

b. “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and praise” (Ps. 100:4)

c. “Be still, and know that I am God.” (Ps. 46:10)d. Listen to his voice: “I am the good shepherd; I know my

sheep and my sheep know me . . . I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen . . . They too will listen to my voice” (Jn. 10:14-16).
