http://www.the-law-of-diversity.com/ The Power of Intention: What is Dr. Wayne Dyer Talking About? Are you more like Superman or Batman? There is a reason why I asked that question. When it comes to the power of intention, manifesting, and the law of attraction, people normally fall into two categories that aren't exactly mutually exclusive. They can be like Superman, born with supernatural abilities that are unexplainable to modern man. Or they can be like Batman, a strong business mogul by day, and a vigilante crime fighter by night. Both use the power of intention to get the things that they want. Only they go about it in different ways. So many people are like Batman. There's nothing wrong with being like Batman. Many of us are like him because we can relate better to the character. He's good looking with tons of cash that he will not hesitate to spend. However, there is something about this superhero that makes him, human. He carries himself with a certain level of vulnerability. He takes more of a methodological approach when fighting his demons. So much so that he invests virtually all of his power into fancy gadgets, machines, and sophisticated equipment. Oh yes, he is incredibly frivolous with his money. He takes on a great deal of projects fully knowing that most will fail. He seems to understand his limitations and works to protect them with his mask and black leather armor. Like a regular man, he gets banged and scraped up as he tackles his inner demons, while he fights the criminals that stalk the night. Batman is just a man. His power and strength come from his fancy armor, suit, mask, and extravagant gadgets. He flaunts his power, good looks, and money. Sadly, Batman is nothing without all of these things. He is simply just another man. He has invested virtually all of his power into the external world. He needs the gadgets, buildings, and fancy equipment to feel validated. He is so invested in the external world, that he has forgotten about what's important, the power that is within. So when everything is stripped away, Batman is as weak and as feeble as a turtle without its shell. He is no match for Superman. In fact, nine times out of ten, Superman is going to kick Batman's ass. Superman however, is very different. He doesn't flaunt his power or wealth. Instead, he resigns himself to being the humble Clark Kent. He only flexes his muscles when he needs to, shows his strength when he needs to, and fights enemies only when he needs to. Unlike Batman, Superman can be stripped of his uniform, and yet he is still Superman. He does not need fancy gadgets or ridiculous armor. He can turn back time. He can fly through the air. He can see through walls, and shoot lasers from his eyes. He doesn't need to hire a team of employers to aid him in his battles. For all he needs to do is consult his oracle, an altar that is commonly known as the Fortress of Solitude. http://youtu.be/Mik1fWZBcqs

So many people are like Batman.

His power and

He flaunts his power, good looks, and money. Sadly, Batman is nothing without all of these things. He is simply just another man.
He has invested virtually all of his power into the external world. He needs the gadgets, buildings, and fancy equipment to feel validated. He is so invested in the external world, that he has forgotten about what’s important, the power that is within. So when everything is stripped away, Batman is as weak and as feeble as a turtle without
its shell.

Superman however, is very different. He doesn’t flaunt his power or wealth. Instead, he resigns
himself to being the humble Clark Kent. He only flexes his muscles when he needs to, shows his strength when he needs to, and fights enemies
only when he needs to.
Unlike Batman,
Superman can be

He does not need fancy gadgets or ridiculous armor.
He can turn back time.
He can fly

He can see through

from his eyes.
He doesn’t need to hire a team of employers to aid him in his battles. For all he needs to do is consult his oracle, an altar that is commonly known as the Fortress of Solitude. Here is able to tap into an infinite amount of energy.
He is able to get information that can virtually solve all of the world’s problems. Superman is someone who reminds us all just how unfair life
really is.
So who’s in the Superman category?
So who’s in the Superman category?
Me? I fall into the Batman category.
Me? I fall into the Batman category.
Only I don’t have the money, fame, good-looks or support team. I fall into this category because I take on a more methodological approach to life. I tackle my fears that haunt me
at night. I have a grave understanding of my shortcomings and limitations. I take on multiple projects fully understanding that most will fail. But I keep moving, aligning my
personal will with God’s intention, knowing that one-day. I am going to knock the ball out of the park.
Superman, here I come.
