Hajj:
“And proclaim to mankind the pilgrimage! They will come to you on foot and on every lean camels; they will come from
every deep ravine and from far distant (places)” …
Quran 22:27
Hajj:Conditions What do we mean by having the
means?
MUST HAVE THE
MEANS
I. He/she must be financially able.
II. He/she must be physically able.
III. He/she is sure that the journey is safe.
IV. She must make sure to travel with her muhrim (family member/ husband).
Hajj: When do we perform it?Which month? In the month of Dzul-Hijjah, the 12th
month in Islam’s lunar calendar.
Which day? From the 8th – 13th day of Dzul-Hijjah.
How many times in a lifetime? Once, if one has the means.
Recapitulate What is Ihsan?
“Ihsan is that you serve and worship Allah as though you see Him, if not, certainly He
sees you.”Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)

if he draws near to Me a hand’s span, I draw near to him an arm’s length; if he draws near to Me an arm’s
length, I draw near to him a fathom’s length; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running."
