By the end of this course, you will be more spiritually aware of your own abilities and inner strengths and you will have experienced many self healing techniques for yourself and others to benefit from, also you should be able to teach or read for others.

Class 1.This course is structured to provide you with both theory and practical sessions. Full course notes are provided. You may however wish to jot down some of your own notes along the way. There will be plenty of ‘hands-on’ experience and discussion to ensure that what you are learning is understood.At the end of the course, you will be required to complete a questionnaire to determine your understanding of what you have learnt.
