Imagine our faith as a stained-

glass window, with many pieces

reflecting the Light.

Matthew 13:11(11) Jesus answered them,

“To you it has been granted to know the

mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted.”

Intellectual

Matthew 22:37(37) And He said to them, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all

your mind.”

Emotional

Matthew 7:24(24) Therefore everyone

who hears these words of mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his

house on the rock.

Obedience

Matthew 5:13(13) You are the salt of the

earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again?

It is no longer good for anything, except to

be thrown out…

Public

Matthew 6:6(6) But you, when you pray,

go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father

who sees what is done in secret will reward you.

Private

Matthew 22:39

(39) … “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

Relational

Matthew 6:34

(34) So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will take care of itself. Each day has enough

trouble of its own.
