• Your renewal cost initially given for the year, will now be split in half so the check you write will be significantly less, when money in the bank counts.
Termite Warranty is purchased through Anchor Pest Management, you will benefit from a variety of things:
• A full report is issued every time we inspect your property including moisture readings, graphs, and pictures.
• If you plan to add or make changes to your home, just let us know so that we can take corrective actions with paperwork on our end.
• We look beyond the obvious, so any kind of leaks, condensation issues, mold or fungi that is present during our inspections will be brought to your attention. We then highly encourage you to get these problem areas fixed so that your warranty remains in good standing.
Termite Warranty is purchased through Anchor Pest Management, you will benefit from a variety of things:
• A plan on how to avoid Termite activity around your property will also be discussed. A lot of times successful Pest and Termite control requires a Team Effort! Keep tree limbs off your house, wood debris off the ground underneath and around your home, keep mulch from touching foundation wall, just to name a few.
