joy and gratitude into our lives especially when we are dealing with our soul searching struggles.

Perfectionism is self destructive and addictive.Failure to achieve perfection leads to self blame

and “ I am not good enough” feeling shamed , judged and experience painful emotions.

Perfectionism is an unattainable goal.

letting go of scarcity and fear of the darkJoy is unlike happiness is a light that fills you

with hope, faith and love.Whereas the dark does not destroy the light;It defines it and it is the fear of our dark that

casts our joy into the shadows.

Letting go of the need for certainty.Intuition is not a single way of knowing, it is our

ability to trust many we have developed knowledge and insight based on instinct, faith experience and reason.

Faith is a mystery: We find courage to believe in what we cannot see and let go of fear of uncertainty.

Final thoughtIt gives me an outline or sort of a blue print

follow at this stage of my life.I have self doubt at times and feel could have

done few things differently.It gives me a sense of understanding about the

role of spirituality and religion in life.Leading a life to please and impress others ring

a hollow note and being creative, cheerful and bouncy is the right way to live.
