Hebrews 41ndash13 (NKJV)1 Therefore since a promise remains of

The main point -shy‐ there IS indeed a promise of rest to be enjoyed by those who conltnue in faith

Just as Israel was pushing toward the rest that was certain to be found in Canaan (rest from slavery travel and eventually war)

The faithful Chrisltan has the certainty of a rest remaining for him aPer enduring his pilgrimage here

Just as Israel was pushing toward the rest that was certain to be found in Canaan (rest from slavery travel and eventually war)
