1. Work hard on humility.
2. A lead worshiper must arrive prepared to rehearsal and with a plan.
3. Be sure you understand the service goals and sermon outlines. Thought, rhyme and reason to it. It must have a theme.
4. Evaluate each other on how you can each improve every week.
5. Work on intro’s altro’s and transitions. Watch instructional videos on our website http://www.musicianaryexchange.webs.com
6. Encourage people to practice before practice.
7. Take notes. Help you practice in midweek.
8. Pray. Make a commitment within the team “ We will not
do anything together until we pray first.”
9. Develop mutual accountability.
10. Replace yourself. Have a shadow band. Teach those younger one who are committed to learn.
