Answer 1

Third stump

Edward "Lumpy" Stevens (1735 - 1819) was an English cricketer, generally regarded as the first great bowler in the game's history. In a single wicket match on 22-23 May 1775, Lumpy beat the great Hambledon batsman John Small three times with the ball going through the two stump wicket of the day. As a result of his protests, the patrons agreed that a third stump should be added.

Answer 3

Mankaded

During India's tour of Australia on 13 December 1947 in the second Test at Sydney, Vinoo Mankad (left) ran out Bill Brown when, in the act of delivering the ball, he held on to it and removed the bails with Brown well out of his crease.
