The SolutionWe dispatched a team of twojournalists to The Belfry to attendthe client’s annual generalmeeting. After two hours ofrecording and probing theirachievements, we piecedtogether the words that wouldultimately explain how and why2012 had been a successful year.
Having suggested a suitableformat for the report – a 12-page stepped brochurebroken down into sections toreflect the client’s Right Coach,Right Place, Right Time initiative –the project manager liaised withthe Coachwise design team toensure the finished material wouldmake a suitable impression on therecipient. Finally, Coachwise’sprint management ensured thefinished product was delivered ontime and under budget.
