Corporate Account Procedure

1. Deposit any agreed amount with the Games Office.

2. Fees will be deducted as entries are processed. Status reports can be issued on entries.

3. The balance enables to pay for all entry fees/supplements/party tickets and/or replacements.

General Conditions

1. If the money paid is for a set number of Athletes, the Organisation will be advised that the final amount may be different e.g. Golf Supplements can affect the balance of the account.

2. Corporate Accounts also qualify for discounts against the Entry Fee (excluding Supplements) and Party Tickets if they are opened prior to deadlines for these benefits. After the Account is fully used entries for both the Games and the Party are at the normal fee.

3. Should any Corporate Account funds be received after the Entry Deadline, a late fee will be charged per Entry Form.

4. Any remaining balance will be rolled over for the next Games. Rolled over accounts qualify for discounts on the Games to which they will then apply.

5. Corporate Accounts for which discounts have been provided cannot be closed until after the relevant Games is completed.

6. Any outstanding payment must be paid before the Games.
