MISSION
Progresh is an innovative training center dedicated to ski, snowboard, skateboard,
BMX and tumbling progression, in a safe and comfortable environment. Our versatile
cross-training facility and dynamic staff allow us to offer a variety of classes, camps,
drop-in sessions and group activities. Our mission is to provide a unique action sports
experience, for all skill levels, to Colorado’s Front Range and beyond.

MANAGEMENT
Progresh was conceived in early 2010, by founding members Questor Sapnu, Kyle Henley and Mike
Pies, with the dream of creating an easily accessible action/snow sport destination for everyone.
Our team is comprised of experienced action sport instructors, camp coordinators, proven business
managers, successful entrepreneurs and talented promoters. The Progresh team consists of its founders, as
well as Dave Hunter, George Eder and Tyler Webb, each of who will focus on their own area of expertise.

Kyle Henley is a professional
educator and coach with over 25
years of experience working with
children and young adults. Kyle
attended The University of New
Mexico on a wrestling scholarship and
graduated with a bachelors degree in
biology and communications. After
relocating to Colorado in 2000, Kyle
created a specialized non-competitive
gymnastics school that was inspired
by years of snowboard cross-training
experience at elite gymnastics
facilities. Over the last 12 years, Kyle
expanded his gymnastics schools to
seven locations, as well as
developing several other education-
fitness related businesses.
Questor Sapnu is synonymous with
carpe diem. An avid snowboarder for
over 20 years, he lives life to the fullest
every day. A lover of action sports or
sports in general you can often find
him outdoors participating in
something any chance he gets. He is
an entrepreneur extraordinaire, having
ownership in many diverse enterprises
around the globe. He also is a
philanthropist, giving back at every
opportunity. Questor has an
unquenchable thirst for life and has a
captivating, larger than life personality.
He is known as a public relations
specialist who puts together huge and
exciting events, bringing together the
masses on a daily basis.
Tyler Webb, first entered the financial sector at Morgan Stanley shortly after
graduating from the University of Richmond in 2007. Tyler was a standout college
football player and has transferred those talents from the field to his in the financial
world. Tyler has assisted in the creation of five small businesses and currently runs a
chain of frozen yogurt shops, while actively contributing to the development , funding
and promotion of Progresh.

Michael Pies has two passions in his professional life; working with children, and
sports. Mike began his teaching career in 1992, after years of coaching. In 1998, Mike
created the Twin Lakes Summer Camp serving children age 3 to 12. The camp earned
an outstanding community reputation, growing in attendance and revenue by 50% each
year until reaching and maintaining 100% capacity in 2002. With Mike running every
aspect of the camp including; hiring, training and planning, the Twin Lakes Summer
Camp won yearly awards for quality and safety. Mike has continued to distinguish him
self as the director of multiple large scale child-care centers. Additionally, Mike has
continually furthered his formal education, studying childcare administration.
Dave Hunter has dedicated his entire career to the snow sports industry and is now
serving his 26th year in the business. Having worked his way through all aspects of
the business including, operations, sales, marketing, risk management along with
undertaking large capital projects and several department budgets . He is a dynamic
and passionate manager with a wealth of industry and market knowledge. Dave has
served on several committees and boards at the chairman/president level including,
Colorado Ski Country, National Ski Areas Association, YMCA of Boulder Valley and
The Nederland Chamber of Commerce.

FACILITY
Progresh Introduces the first indoor action
sports airbag in the country. Our custom airbag
with “Impact Protection” was designed by
BAGJUMP™ the worlds leading manufacturer of
impact absorbing inflatables.
o Bagjump products are the safest in the world,
with millions of jumpers across Europe, Asia
and Australia
o The feeling of “landing on a Cloud” can be
experienced year round with skis, snowboards,
bikes, skateboards or by free-dropping
(jumping into the airbag)
o Training with an airbag helps athletes gain

progression, and less risk of injury

PROGRAMS
Camps
o Progresh offers week long summer camps, as
well as year round holiday and weekend day
camps.
o Our camp packages are available for ages
6 and up, and feature the latest in freeskiing,
snowboarding, skateboarding,
BMX and tumbling instruction.
o The camps maintain a low coach-to-camper
ratio ensuring high levels of safety, positive
feedback and rapid skill progression.
o Campers also enjoy regularly scheduled
field trips to local skate parks, rock climbing
gyms, water parks, natural open spaces and
more.
o Video analysis coaching sessions, and digital
media production courses available.

Drop-in sessions
o Progresh offers multiple open-gym
sessions daily, available to
athletes of all abilities, ages 8
and up.
o Drop-in sessions allow riders the
freedom to design their own
training plan, as Progresh
coaches provide advice,
encouragement and expert
spotting.
o All Participants are required to
take an introductory class before
attending drop-in sessions.
o Progresh hosts regularly
scheduled themed drop-in times,
such as; retro night, movie night,
teens/adults only night, and more.

Scholarships Program: Progresh offers full and partial
scholarships for our camps and classes, based on
financial need.

at risk youth to the positive world of action sports.
Equipment Drive Program: Progresh provides collection
areas where equipment and apparel can be recycled
and redistributed appropriately.
Adaptive Sports Program: The Progresh facility offers
state of the art accommodations and programming for
individuals with disabilities and special needs.
Progresh Cares is a non-profit foundation whose mission is to provide
action sports and wellness training to those who are under-served in the
community. In a safe, supportive, positive environment, we welcome
those with a range of disabilities, social or economic disadvantages, as
well as our returning veterans.

patrons. Our Highly qualified instructors will lead clinics teaching students
