Introduction Gerald Mayfield is an experienced manager who boasts

accomplishments in production, capital project management, quality policy development and safety initiatives. In addition to his professional pursuits, Gerald Mayfield is a longtime follower of the Atlanta Braves.

ESPN reports that Jeff Francoeur, a familiar name to Braves fans, returns to the team’s clubhouse this season in an effort to spark a resurgence in a career that has been trending downward in recent years.

Francoeur played for the Philadelphia Phillies last year, batting .258 with 13 home runs and 45 RBIs in 119 games.

Francoeur Success came early to Francoeur in his first stint with the

team beginning in 2005. At the age of 21, he was poised to become one of the new faces of the franchise, part of a youth movement that would return the franchise to its 1990s glory. After a promising rookie season, he floundered until being traded to the Mets in 2009.

Eleven years later, however, Franceour finds himself back with the team that drafted him, but this time on a minor league contract and fighting for a spot. With a stocked outfield consisting of Emilio Bonifacio, Michael Bourn, Nick Swisher, and Kelly Johnson, Francoeur faces a tough road to making the final roster.
