Frank Lampard – a man that I’m proud of..

Frank plays as a central midfielder for Chelsea football club since 2001. He has already played more than 600 games and has scored nearly 200 times. Lampard became famous for his hard work in the middle of a field, resultative passes and goalscoring ability in important moments. He is the permanent captain of Chelsea and English national team.

Simply the best

Frankie with Chelsea took part in UEFA Champions League final match in 2008. But his team was defeated by another English foot club – Manchester United, although Frank scored at that match and his goal evoked the admiration of everyone.

However, Chelsea didn’t submit and, finally, 4 years later, they defeated Bayern and won the trophy – Lampard became the hero of the match as he made most of the work and scored the final penalty.

Why do I respect him ?

Because of his fair play, self - commitment, friendly temper and wish to winning, behavior outside the pitch and ability not to argue with teammates and referees: all of these aspects make him more greater in eyes of millions of fans. For me Lampard is an example of an ideal sportsman, who, doing his noble actions makes me to do sport and try to be a little like him.
