• Responsible for managing and coaching the first team including the buying and selling of players, organising team travel, pre-season schedules, tactics and training

• Responsible for initiating an inventory and stock order system for necessary equipment and kit

• Devise daily, weekly, monthly and yearly schedules for all youth teams, players and coaches

• Recognition and achievement of appointing key personnel to develop the Youth & Community

• Development Department, Fitness and Conditioning Initiatives, Player Welfare & Lifestyle Programmes (including player psychology and education), Talent Identification and Recruitment Processes)

• Undertook a comprehensive assessment and restructure of a Football Development Programme, culminating in the coaching of senior, reserve and youth players throughout the season on a regular basis on both individual & team and tactical & technical development
