1. Sam Houston National Forest: Visit this park’s Double Lake Recreation Area to embark on an 18-mile trail designed specifically for mountain

biking. The trail is properly maintained due to the efforts of volunteers, making for a safe ride. All

sharp turns are also announced by signs, ideal for beginners.

2. River Legacy Park: Located in Arlington, this trail runs 10.2 miles with the option to take off in

different directions as the trails split. However, you can also stay to the left and ensure that you cover

all 10.2 miles of the track.

3. Gateway Park: This 7-mile track is in Fort Worth, Texas, and offers an engaging course for both beginners and experts with quick climbs and

descents to keep things interesting.
