BMI (Body Mass Index)-
Body mass index is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to
both adult men and women.
Body Fat Percentage-body fat percentage is simply the
percentage of fat your body contains
Caliper-
A caliper is a device used to measure the distance between two symmetrically
opposing sides
Strengh training-
Strength training is the use of resistance to
muscular contraction to
build the strength, anaerobic
endurance and size of skeletal muscles.
Anaerobic exercise-
Anaerobic exercise is typically used by athletes in non-endurance sports to build
power and by body builders to build muscle mass
Aerobic exercise-
any activity that uses large muscle
groups, can be maintained
continuously, and is rhythmic in
nature
Cardiovascular-
of, pertaining to, or affecting the heart and blood vessels
