The Occupational Engagement

ofDANCE

Page 2: Presentation1 doing beccoming belonging

The occupation I have chosen to base this photo presentation

around is dance. Dance was a huge part of my second

fieldwork placement in my first year of study.

My placement was at a day programme and vocational

service centre that works to provide opportunities for

people who would otherwise be marginalized, to participate

in their community.

My placement was in one of the dance programmes that they

held each week which explored different types of music,

different styles of dance and music appreciation.
