Mode of play

• The rubber-bands are to be joined together in a figure 8 fashion so that you tend to have a rope in the end.

Mode of play

• Two participants are required to stand with this rope around their legs.

• The third person, i.e., the player is required to jump through this rope and as he/ she advances, the rope gets higher and higher. So that he/ she would have to jump higher to complete the level.

• The game is terminated when either of the participants fails to complete any level whatsoever.

Variants

• Also known as the rubber band game in the hilly regions of the Indian subcontinent.

• But what I’ve described here is a variant of what this game actually is.

• What we’ve played in our child hood was a much easier version.

Why the wall clock?

• Well, this is to keep track of time of course. • No participant will have more than 5 minutes

to complete any level.• This adds a competitive edge to this game.
