Principles of EUFRIN Testing Agreement (EXTRACT)

• evaluation of horticultural merits of new varieties• transmission of testing results and information

- after defined rules for confidence and publication(testing institute never shall endanger any PVR-application at any country)

• information exchange possible within the EUFRIN-network– separate frame contract


Final remarks• EUFRIN Testing contract is still in the phase of

disemmination …. „soft diplomatic strategy?“

• EUFRIN Working group is always open for arguments

• Testing contract could be shorter …?or more detailed …..?

• We think, our contract is fair and balanced

• Testing Institutes never shall endanger any PVR-application at any country

• European Institutes want to sign one proofed contract version, only!
