Cryptshare biedt een veilig alternatief voor Dropbox en WeTransfer dat ook eenvoudig is in gebruik door een volledige integratie met Outlook en Lotus Notes. Voor de verzender is het simpel om de bestanden te versleutelen en te verzenden zonder dat daarvoor ingewikkelde encryptieprogramma’s geïnstalleerd hoeven te worden. 1. Sender initiates the transfer
2. Cryptshare Server sends verification code to Sender
3. Data is being uploaded via https protocol, virus checkend on the server and saved on the Cryptshare Server using strong encryption.
4. The Cryptshare Server sends an e-mail with a download link to Recipient - the password is neither being transmitted nor stored by the system
5. Recipient can download the data after the password is entered. The password can be requested from Sender e.g. via telephone.
6. The Cryptshare Server sends a notification to Sender confirming that the data has been downloaded
