Recommendations for 2016

Software development talent will be in severe shortage, driving up salaries and contract rates. Organisations need to review their EVP to ensure they can compete for the best talent in this space.

Importing talent will become critical in key areas of demand. Organisations who are have this ability in place will have competitive advantage.

Organisations who continue to mature their hiring processes through better assessment and people analytics will move ahead of their competitors.

Companies should continue to invest on internal development and adapting current skill sets, those who can identify, engage and retain high potentials will adapt in the future world of work.
