Directory (monitor a directory) and Batch PDF Documents Security (batch set password for many PDFs). According to your need, choose one of them; take single PDF security as
example here:
Click “Next” to browse and open PDF document, set password to control the permissions of PDF, such as print/edit/copy and so on.
And then save/ save as security PDF document.
