DESCRIPTION

A.C.A. Howe makes the fist interpretation of the San Javier, La Diana properties in Guerrero Mexico. Very interesting is slide 12. The dark pink is called by the locals "old granite" and is supposed to be the volcanic source rock of the silver. It covers 70% of the San Javier property. middle pink is supposed to be granite and should carry additional silver

Historical small-scale production of silver limited to Veta Ancha and other ‘major’ veins on east side of river in the San Javier area.

Operations at small 30 tpd mill ceased in 1993. Total silver production unknown.

San Javier and La Diana have undergone no systematic exploration.

Project History

Veta Ancha Area – east side of river

NE-SW strike, SE dip. Approximate 3 m width; exposure width is up to 5 m but is not true width. Observable strike length 100 - 150 m

Other veins on east side of river are 50 cm to 2 m wide on exposed surface (not true width)

Veta Ancha Area – east side of river

Veta Ancha yields ‘Bonanza’ silver (kg/t) grades typical of Mexican epithermal systems.

Page 7: A.C.A. Howe - Vendome

Veta Tajo Area – west side of river

Veta Tajo represents a previously unrecognized, unexplored and unexploited area of significant veining.

Channel sampling of Veta Tajo in 2011 yielded ‘Bonanza’ silver (kg/t) grades.

Veining spans an 80-100 m vertical rise from river edge to top of hill.

Howe’s field work appears to indicate the veining extends into the areas north and south of Veta Tajo.

Veta Tajo Area – west side of river

Howe’s April 2012 field work at Veta Tajo collected a total of 619 samples (rock grab, chip channel, soil and stream sediment samples).

Veta Tajo Area – west side of river

Veining is ‘stacked’, horizontal to shallow-dipping, and consists of:A set of 0.8 – 1 m thick veins dipping 40 – 60° to eastA second set of 25 – 40 cm thick veins dipping 25 - 35°A third set of 2 – 5 cm thick veins dipping flat to 15°

Veta Tajo Area – west side of river

Veining appears to be associated with E-W structures cross-cutting the ‘Old Granite’ host rock which Howe suspects is strongly silicified felsic volcaniclastics.

Recommendations

Expansion of systematic mapping and channel sampling to the areas north and south of the Veta Tajo area.

Identification of diamond drill targets within the Veta Tajo area.

Systematic sampling, mapping and geophysical surveying (IP and/or EM) of Veta Ancha and other major veins on the east side of the river.

Prospecting for additional low-angle veining on east side of the river.

San Javier Concession

Airborne geophysics: magnetics, EM and radiometrics.

Follow-up prospecting and sampling of geophysical anomalies.
