� Firstly, polluted air, picked by an exhaust ventilation system, goes for cleaning to a dust filter, after – to a plasma-chemical reactor. Plasma-chemical reactor is a metallic air duct, inside of which there are cartridges with high-voltage gas-discharge elements. The cartridges are connected with high-voltage transformers, which are located in special electrical boxes.
� Gas-discharge elements are located in a staggered order, perpendicularly to the moving polluted air. Polluted air comes to a zone of high-voltage discharges, being bombarded with electrons and ions, it is beingdecomposed and oxidized. Gaseous pollutants, passing the zone of high-voltage discharge and interacting with the products of an electrosynthesis, are being destroyed and converted into harmless chemical compounds (CO2, H2O).

Sorption Plasma-catalytic technologyProcess description
� After the plasma-chemical reactor the mix of partly decomposed pollutants and oxidants goes to a catalyst reactor for a low-temperature oxidation. A sorbate-catalyst, a main part of the catalysis reactor, multiplies several times an increase of cleaning effectiveness due to its large and branched surface. After the catalyst reactor treatment a cleaned air is emitted to atmosphere by a ventilator.
� Automatic system allows to control the electrical parameters of the plasma-chemical reactor and security lockouts that guarantee safety functioning. A functioning of the plasma-chemical reactor is synchronized with functioning of the ventilator to prevent overheating of the gas-discharge elements and transmission of high-voltage discharge to a staff working area.
