The combined total of products ordered in a 2-year period may not exceed six titles and 50 user licenses per title (or 1 license per server title)
Each order must include a minimum of 5 "seats." 1 licence = 1 seat. Server license count as 5 seats, and thus fulfill the 5-seat requirement on their own.
