Certain facts of refuses of laminated Tetra-Pak. The exact composition of Tetra Pak carton is: paperboard (75 per cent), food grade polyethylene

plastic (20 per cent), and aluminum foil (5 per cent). There are 6 layers in all: Polyethylene, Paper, Polyethylene, Aluminum, Polyethylene, Polyethylene (which is the product contact surface).

Paper accounts for 25% of landfill waste (and one third of municipal landfill waste). Municipal landfills account for one third of human-related methane emissions (and CH4 is 23-times more potent a greenhouse gas than is CO2. : Source: Environmental

Paper Network. The State of the Paper Industry: March 08, 2009

Compared to using virgin wood, paper made with 100% recycled content uses 60% less energy, produces 38% less greenhouse gas emissions, 41% less particulate

emissions, 50% less wastewater, 49% less solid waste and, of course, 100% less wood.

The total demand for paper is estimated to be around 6mn tones, of which about 40 percent is consumed by the packaging industry. : India Packaging show 2011.

The lamination using Paper/Board are older and more massive and more tough to handle. Nobody besides this Inventor till now in the World is able to recover Paper from the Lamination. He has developed a cute tech (Patent pending) (“PROCESS FOR DELAMINATION OF LAMINATED PACKAGING” (Indian Patent filed on DEC. 21, 2009, PCT filed on DEC. 20, 2010. WIPO publication date JUNE 30, 2011) that would take care of such lamination made as paper-based and would save and recover the major constituent the paper/board involved in lamination as “dried board/paper-pulp” that can be recycled simply in paper/board industry. Save of paper-based lamination is also a burning a need now.

Recycling paper uses 60% less energy than manufacturing paper from virgin timber. To make one ton of paper using recycled fiber saves : -- (1)17 trees ; (2) 3.3 cubic yards of landfill space ; (3) 360 gallons of water ; (4)100 gallons of gasoline ; (5) 60 pounds of air pollutants ; (6) 10,401 kilowatts of

electricity! (source: United States Environmental Protection Agency, 2011)

China, India and the rest of Asia are the fastest growing per-capita users of paper, but they still rank far behind Eastern Europe and Latin America (about 100 pounds) Australia (about 300 pounds) and

Western Europe (more than 400 pounds) as per person per year.

Page 10: ARS AUTOMAT 1

THE HARD BITTER-BITES• According to the US Environmental

Protection Agency (EPA), packaging the world over accounts for roughly one-third of commercial and municipal waste.

• Where Packaging adds 29 million tons of non-biodegradable waste to landfills every year and in bulk also @11.8% of all US annual municipal solid waste accounts plastic.

• In 2007, the UK sent roughly 10 million tons of Packaging waste to landfill; the previous year, the US equivalent was around 80 million tons.

THE SIMPLE HONEY• IF there are even@60% LDPE plastic may

present in such Packaging of 29 million tons of non-biodegradable waste to landfills every year would recover that worth physically @ US$ 2295mn that totally savable by the use of present art of de-lamination.

• IF 30% of such Packaging of 90 million tons of non-biodegradable waste moving to landfills treated with de-lamination process then as simple physical value @ US $ 1225 pmt LDPE plastic amounting US $ 3300mn. could have been saved by de-lamination per year even right now!

• AND DIMINISH THE CONCERN DAMAGE COST TO THE EARTH AND ENVIRONMENT

HONEY FROM BITTER-BITES!
