12 month contract – good because business is unpredictable. Less likely to break contract and incur a penalty.

Cheap without the quality being affected

Reliable – With the choice being down to UPC or Eircom, after some research in the area I discovered that UPC customers had been left without phone services for days and were unsatisfied with the service.
