What’s New At EXPORTS REPORTS ENHANCEMENTS The Exports Report feature continues to improve. CallShaper now offers three different types of customizable Exports Reports. Each report type contains different formatting options and data columns to choose from. The three options are: The Call Exports Report offers data fields pertaining to the campaign, agent, lead and call data based on the filters selected. The Lead Exports Report offers campaign data fields, lead data, last call agent, and the last call data based on the filters selected. The Agent Status Exports Report offers data fields pertaining to the agent and the agent status based on the filters selected. What’s New At

EXPORTS REPORTS ENHANCEMENTS

The Exports Report feature continues to improve. CallShaper now

offers three different types of customizable Exports Reports.

Each report type contains different formatting options and data

columns to choose from. The three options are:

The Call Exports Report offers data fields pertaining to the

campaign, agent, lead and call data based on the filters selected.

DO NOT CALL LIST CHANGES

We have recently made improvements to the Do Not Call section of the Admin Menu. The changes are:

The Do Not Call List Screen

Now in addition to listing the name of the Do Not Call List, we have added the following columns:

Numbers - Total amount of

phone numbers included in

each list, and

Last Added - The date the

last number was added to

the DNC lists.

Upload Process

We have added a “Read Only”

option to the upload process.

If this option is chosen, the file

can be replaced.

Individual phone numbers

cannot be added to this list

manually, leads cannot place

their phone number on this

list, and phone numbers won’t

be added to this list when an

agent chooses the DNC

disposition.

List Actions Button

A List Actions drop-down button has

been added to the Do Not Call List

screen. Here we made changes to the

Export feature and have added the

Replace List option.

Export Changes

When you choose to Export a list, you can now select or (date the number

was added to the list). The report will export in .CSV format. This change will make it easier to download

large DNC lists from your account.

Replace List

The Replace List option will only be available on Read Only files. When replacing a list, you will upload a new

file. The existing file WILL NOT be saved.

Campaign Checklist – Did you know CallShaper has a Campaign Checklist available in the Help Center library?

The checklist is designed to make sure all settings within the campaign have been addressed and completed.

Canned Transfers - If your campaign has the need to contact a supervisor or other departments (sales) during a

call, creating a Canned Transfers would give the agent the option to transfer the call or contact a third party at

any point during the call. The lead can be placed on hold OR can be part of the conversation.

Dialing Pattern Buckets - Leads placed in a bucket with a 0% will be dialed IF all leads in other buckets have

been exhausted.
