Lowest PC and internet penetration ratio in Africa and the world at large.

Very striking international differences in access to computers and the Internet.

up' with the living standards and productivity of the industrialized world

The high cost of personal computers and internet connectivity remains a major challenge

Our goal as an organization is to bridge the digital divide in West Africa through the use

of ICT in education.

Financial Plan

Need approximately $300,000 startup funding for the first three

years.

This amount will be used to buy office equipments, rent office

space, pay salaries and operating expenses.

Individual members will include board members, executives,

volunteers in the Diaspora and West Africa. Fees: $100/year.

Corporate members will include institutions, non-profit

organizations, corporations, foundations, foreign missions of

West African countries and etc.

The home office in New York will be paid for by the Chairman/CEO as part
