Summary
During the time spent at the company , we found out they have a department for training their employees which means their care about the people working there.
They provided some programs to train and to help the employees to gain easier the needed skills to promote them to a higher level.
We learned to work as a team and we gained more practical experience , that time was useful because we had an opportunity to see how a company works in reality.
