The process service section starts with a worksheet were information related to the documents, the client, person to be served along with the location of the service, service attempts, additional information related to the defendant. You can also print an affidavit related to the service, either served or non served. If the affidavit needs to notarized you have this option as well. All process service information is tracked through a case number.

Billing / Invoice

There is a billing / Invoice section that allows you to enter the billing information such as hourly charges, mileage charges, and fees. Once you enter your hourly and mileage charges, all you have to do is enter the hours worked and the mileage traveled and the program will total your charges. When a payment is received there is a place for its entry after which the program will make the deductions and give you a balance of the monies received and the monies still owed

The program also contains a calendar in a month view. You can enter upcoming appointments. You also have a task section, a note / memo section. There is an administration section were you can information such as city, state, courts, counties, description information, vehicle information etc. this information will be used later when entering the information through drop down menus.
