NFC Scenario:
• Investor or occupier specifies what they are looking for within company system (CBRE 360).
• NFC transmitters embedded in our signage (lollipops or window signage).
• User’s phone picks up the NFC device and transmits location info to application.
• Application in-turn connects the phone, its user, their preferences, and whether or not the building they are viewing has space matching their preferences.
• If so.. Application on phone notifies them, giving them details and connects them to the listing broker.
