Why Does Click Reputation Exist?

• One of the main ways in which customers develop trust for a business is through reading reviews of other people’s experiences.

• There are currently over 80 review websites in the UK and it is vital that dealers have a presence on as many as possible.

• When consumers search for a product or service online, they go directly to the company with the best reputation, based on their ratings and customer comments.

• It’s difficult to keep a track of all of the different review platforms online, dealers need a tool to bring everything together in one easily manageable place.

• Customers often need to be prompted to review a company online!

What Is Click Reputation?

Click Reputation is an ‘Online Reputation Management Platform.’

• Click Reputation is setup to automatically prompt customers via email or SMS to review a dealership online after a sale, thus removing the time and effort required for dealers to chase their customers for reviews.

• These reviews will be displayed on the We Love Reviews portal and the dealer’s own website review page.

• These emails will be sent out 5-7 days after a sale is made and then if a customer doesn’t choose to review, two more prompts will be sent at weekly intervals.

• The feature includes live monitoring of 88 UK review websites, including Google, Facebook, Auto Trader and many more.

• Every time a review is posted online about a dealership, the dealer will receive a notification ensuring that they never miss any comments about their service!

• Click Reputation has the functionality to protect dealerships from negative reviews by notifying them when they are published, giving them the chance to sort out customer problems and maybe even change the review score.

• With Click Reputation there are no hidden surprises, because dealers are made aware of all reviews across 88 websites. This way negative reviews do not go unnoticed or ignored.

• Reviews below 4* will not be socially broadcasted across dealer’s platforms.

• From this screen, dealers can navigate to each different section in order to take action on their reviews or get an in depth breakdown of where they are coming from.
