The Innovators: Jamie Vogelbacher, Gwen Smith and Vinay Patel have taken on a case study evolved around Microsoft and their mobile phone Windows Phone 7. Microsoft is currently facing update failures with this mobile device and many Samsung smartphones have been affected. What we present to you are the technical difficulties Microsoft has had to deal with and we offer recommended solutions based on our personal experience with smartphones as well as other possible solutions.
