Per Record OneNote Notebook is available

Notebooks are stored in SharePoint, hence saves CRM space

OneNote Notebooks can be accessed on any devices

Changes done to Notebooks from any devices are tracked back into CRM

To use OneNote integration, Document management for respective entities should be enabled

OneNote integration option should be enabled on respective entity

It uses SharePoint native security model and CRM Security Model does not work in OneNote Integration

Users can track their E-mails in CRM based on Exchange folders

Users can directly assign E-mails of Exchange folders to any record in CRM

Users can set rules in Exchange to track E-mails in CRM for specific records

Server Side Synchronization should be set up in the CRM

Folder in Exchange Mail should be present under Inbox folder
