ConclusionsConclusions

• Cultural heritage alone is insufficient to boost Mediterranean competitiveness

• Cultural diversity can contribute if transformed into territorial creativity

• Mediterranean identities have specific creativity dynamics requiring new work

• Innovation can result from the meeting between culture and technology actors

• Such strategies fit with the emerging relational development model
