Build on strengths: services, agriculture

Mfrg. Imp. but needs step by step, real

plan. No magic wand. Low-hanging fruit?

e.g. Cheap handset imports…what do we need

to do to make it here? Even if low value add

Use IT to drive access to education,

healthcare Focus on small probs – e.g. can tech help

teach kids to wash hands before meals. Use it

to keep people healthy and not just cure

diseases
