• Whangauni Region Traditionally had poor Immunisations rates. TXT2Remind installed in Jan this year:

• Hospital outpatients Surgeries Experience 12% DNA rates

• 25K outpatients per month of which 12% don’t turn up – Costs government 1.2 Million for this DHB alone monthly.

From the first month notice of no-shows dropping to 10%. Collectively amounted to 6000 more discharges per year.
