Why We Are Here
Our company is seeking equity investment to the tune of $5m to finance our product expansion and distribution roll out in 5 additional African countries (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia) in our 2014 financial year as well as to commence the construction of a $15m device manufacturing plant in Nigeria.

Who We Are
Debonair Devices Limited (DDL) is an African original equipment manufacturer (OEM) set up to design and manufacture innovative mobile internet devices such as tablet computers and mobile phones. DDL manufactures devices specifically for the African market under the ‘Bamboo’ brand name.
Various consumers think of the Bamboo as the ‘African Apple’ in reference to the innovations we offer on our devices which are focused on local solutions.

Our Team
Adebola Omololu (Founder & CEO): Debonair Devices Limited is founded and headed by Adebola Omololu, a serial entrepreneur. He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, an advanced certificate from the University of Liverpool and is a Chartered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has over 15 years experience having previously worked with several multinational companies including KPMG, Schlumberger & ConocoPhillips.
Adebola is admired for his use of innovation to solve African problems. He founded Nigeria’s first online bookstore in 2005, a company that currently
achieves about $5m in annual revenues.

Our Team
Mrs Tolu Omololu (Director): She holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA). A specialist in electrical devices and information technology, she holds various IT certifications and has over a decade of industry experience.
Emmanuel Magani (Director): He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna. He also holds a MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the USA. He is a Legatum Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management. He has worked in various organizations including Nigerian Liquified Natural Gas (NLNG), African Finance Corporation and McKinsey & Company.
Edmond Umoh (Director): He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Uyo. He is an experienced Telecommunications professional with over 12 years of experience in Channel and Strategic Sales, Product Development and Management, Business Development, Operator Value Added Services (VAS), Data Services, Content and Media, Mobile Applications and Devices
